30 years ago, I experienced my first massage at 16. I walked into a treatment room ravaged by yet another vicious migraine…having been plagued by these monstrous and debilitating headaches since I was a small child…and walked out with relief and comfort provided by someone’s bare hands, hands that radiated with innate wisdom and potently soft care.

I knew then what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Bring ease to suffering, create rest and safety, and offer nurturing and tending with my own bare hands.

6 years later I began my dharma in the realm of massage, and 23 years later I am still in complete resonance with my work, now with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture…with it’s tiny magic wands…to accompany my hands.

I am ever grateful for my clients, who find their way to me, carrying their stories, their physical, emotional and spiritual pain that needs tending and care…their vast range of emotions and experiences, and allow me to hold them with a level of trust that never ceases to astound and inspire me.

I am a Registered Acupuncturist, and have been practicing Acupuncture since 2020. I began my education and devotion to healing work and holistic health in 2003, and have extensive experience in massage and bodywork.✨

✨My offerings are infused with knowledge, compassion, comfort, presence, a patient and deep kind of nurturing, and much intention. I hope to create a deep and safe space for you to sink into relief, release, relaxation, and for your nervous system to become still to open the door to healing. My treatment space is a sanctuary, and a cocoon of magic and peace, and I look forward to welcoming you.✨
